• Luxury retail experience mandatory.

• English and Chinese language proficiency mandatory.
• Interpersonal skills and empathy to build client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Embody CHANEL values as Brand Ambassador and enhance brand image.
• Deliver tailor-made client experiences and omni-channel service.
• Co-create stories with clients, blending CHANEL culture with personal narratives.
• Assist clients in developing their style and alterations when needed.
• Handle client service inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Support stock replenishment and shop-floor organization as directed.
