CHANEL Marbella Boutique is seeking a Fashion Advisor with a passion for client service and expertise in luxury fashion to create a memorable shopping experience for every guest.

The role embodies the CHANEL values, delivers an omni-channel experience, helps clients develop their personal style, and ensures impeccable service and brand presentation. You will work with the team to uphold grooming and VM standards and contribute to sales targets.

Formación

• Luxury retail experience required.
• Strong selling skills with performance focus.
• Styling knowledge and ability to create RTW total looks.
• Spanish and English mandatory

Responsabilidades

• Creates a tailor-made client experience, personalized solutions for each visit and each client, using the CHANEL experience ritual and building long-lasting relationships.
• Embraces digital shopping trends and participates in delivering a seamless omni-channel experience for clients.
• Co-creates stories with and for the client, blending brand culture with the client's personal story in the POS environment.
• Helps the client develop their own style and proposes alterations when needed; handles complaints per guidelines.
