The candidate should bring luxury retail experience, strong selling skills, and styling ability to craft RTW total looks in Spanish and English. Active in omni-channel storytelling and brand training is expected.

• Eagerness and willingness to take care of the client.
• Luxury retail experience is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• CHANEL Ambassador: the Fashion Advisor embodies the Brand values.
• CHANEL Insider: knows the Brand, heritage and trend knowledge; shares with clients and team; supports training and self-learning.
• Deliver seamless omni-channel experiences by co-creating stories with clients and blending brand culture with client story.
• Help clients develop their own style and propose alterations when needed; manage complaints and requests per guidelines.
