Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is seeking a Boutique Intern to support daily luxury retail operations and guest experiences. You will assist with merchandising, customer service, and POS tasks in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications include enrollment in Hospitality/related field, fluent English and Spanish, and a flexible schedule for seasonal shifts. This internship offers hands-on luxury retail exposure and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in the Boutique and Pop-Up, providing attentive and personalized service.
• Develop knowledge of the Boutique and Pop-Up product offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Support organization and presentation of merchandise across both Retail locations, keeping spaces clean and stocked.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and periodic stock counts.
• Learn and support POS procedures, including invoicing and payment methods.
• Gain exposure to administrative processes related to delivery notes and VAT basics.
• Assist guests with product selection according to needs and preferences.
• Support sales initiatives and promotions for products in both locations.
• Maintain visual presentation and standards of retail spaces.
• Complete tasks individually or with team, adhering to Four Seasons service standards.
