Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Mallorca invites a People & Culture Intern to join the team at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor. This internship provides hands-on exposure to HR initiatives, engagement programs, recruitment support, and internal communications in a luxury hospitality setting.

You will support onboarding, training records, and employee events while collaborating with all departments to uphold the Four Seasons culture and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team, including filing, data management, documentation, and employee records.
• Assist with onboarding processes for new employees and interns, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, celebrations, and internal events.
• Coordinate colleague activities, wellness initiatives, and culture-driven programs.
• Contribute to internal communications projects and keep channels updated (notice boards, TV screens, newsletters, intranet).
• Assist with training and development initiatives, including scheduling and attendance tracking.
• Support recruitment activities: job postings, candidate comms, interview coordination, career fairs, Talent Days.
• Assist employer branding efforts and partnerships with hospitality schools and universities.
• Collaborate across departments to promote Four Seasons culture and employee experience initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and documents.
