Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is seeking a Sales Intern to support the Sales team with daily coordination, client communications, and administrative tasks. You will gain hands-on exposure to luxury hospitality sales, client relationship management, and hotel operations under guidance from the Sales team.

As part of the program, you will contribute to maintaining accurate information, supporting commercial opportunities, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and hotel

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is highly valued and helpful.
• Interest in luxury hospitality and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales team with daily admin and operational tasks, including reports and proposals.
• Support preparation and distribution of sales documents (contracts, memos, resumes).
• Update client accounts, bookings, contacts, and sales activities in hotel systems.
• Respond to inquiries professionally by phone and email.
• Organize and maintain sales databases, files, schedules, and calendars.
• Coordinate site inspections, client visits, and meetings.
• Prepare reports related to accounts, agencies, partners, and sales production.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to share client information accurately.
