Job summary

Four Seasons Mallorca at Formentor is seeking a Finance Intern to support daily accounting tasks, financial reporting and process improvements in a luxury hotel setting. You will work alongside a seasoned finance team, gaining hands-on experience in accounts receivable, income audit and accounts payable, while helping ensure accuracy and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Familiarity with SAP and QuickBooks or similar systems.
• Strong Excel and MS Office data analysis skills.
• Attention to detail and data integrity in financial records.
• Organized with good time management and multitasking ability.
• Strong written and spoken communication in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to learn in a hospitality finance environment.
• Previous experience not required; internships are advantageous.
• Legal right to work in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Assist in accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and aging reviews.
• Support income audit with data collection and posting accuracy.
• Assist accounts payable tasks: invoice verification and supplier payments.
• Help maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with policies.
• Answer guest inquiries related to the Accounting Department and folio requests.
