Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor seeks a Purchasing Intern to support the Purchasing Department in daily procurement operations, including order management, supplier communication and inventory organization. You will work with the Purchasing Manager to learn cost control, supply management and efficient purchasing practices in a luxury hospitality setting.

You will gain hands-on experience while supporting cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Student currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Legal right to work in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and maintain supplier records.
• Assist with inventory checks, deliveries and storage organization.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, delivery times and quality compliance.
• Track invoices and payments through the hotel’s procurement system.
• Support cost comparison and product research for operations.
