Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Mallorca is offering an Events Intern position within the Events Department. You will gain hands-on experience in event planning, logistics, and guest service, supporting the Events Supervisor and Coordinator.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in hospitality or business studies, fluent in English and Spanish, highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn in luxury hospitality. Seasonal, full-time, 40 hours per week with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Education in hospitality or events management is required or in progress.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in site inspections with the Events team to learn about venue spaces and client requirements.
• Assist in verifying that all client needs are addressed prior to each event.
• Support the events mailbox and respond to inquiries efficiently.
• Coordinate with departments to provide timely responses to client questions.
• Take part in training sessions on event management best practices and guest service.
