Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is seeking a Guest Service Intern to support front office and guest relations, delivering exceptional service throughout the guest journey. You will gain hands‑on experience in check‑in/check‑out, concierge services, and service recovery while learning luxury hotel operations and safety procedures in a demanding, multinational environment.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in Hospitality or related fields, fluent in English and Spanish, and legally eligible

Qualifications

• Degree or currently enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Eligible to undertake an internship in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival with warm, professional first impression.
• Assist with luggage handling during arrivals and departures.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide basic information on facilities.
• Maintain organized luggage area and support storage/delivery.
• Provide directions and information about the resort and local area.
• Assist with transportation arrangements as needed.
• Coordinate with Front Office to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Learn hotel safety, security and emergency procedures.
