The Concentrix Spain Business Process Outsourcing S.L.U. is hiring a French-speaking Customer Experience Specialist for an on-site role in Barcelona within the Automotive industry. You will represent a premium automotive brand and handle follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.

This full-time position offers training, career development, and a salary of 19,623.94 EUR gross per year plus up to 3,000 EUR in bonus, plus private medical insurance, with a central Barcelona location.

Qualifications

Must have at least a high school diploma (or equivalent).
Experience in customer service or sales, ideally in automotive or luxury sectors.
Strong communication skills, able to engage executive-level or high-end clients.
Comfortable following scripted call approaches and submitting written reports.

Responsibilities

Lead structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers after they express interest in a product.
Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer satisfaction.
