Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Loyalty Department Trainee to support loyalty programme operations, performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination within a dynamic hospitality environment.

You will gain exposure to both operational and analytical aspects of loyalty management, assisting with internal processes and contributing to the success of the loyalty programme.

Competenze

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot); familiarity with JIRA is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support Loyalty Team in daily tasks, projects, and communications.
• Coordinate loyalty programme procedures, training, and hotel engagement initiatives.
• Prepare and update training materials, guidelines, and internal documentation.
• Publish local offers and coordinate with hotels on updates.
• Coordinate loyalty programme updates on the website, internal channels and marketing collateral.
• Maintain and support reporting for loyalty KPIs and performance metrics.
• Manage JIRA tickets related to loyalty programme and liaise with teams.
