Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in Madrid seeks a technical-analytical, results‑driven professional to support the implementation and execution of connectivity management. You will collaborate with other departments to offer a global experience and develop your career with one of the world’s leading hotel chains.

You will manage rate distribution across distribution channels, analyze failures and channel errors, and assist in setting up new connectivities with contracted channel managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotels is valuable.
• Knowledge of revenue management systems, Channel Manager, OTA or online distribution is a plus but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism with strong Excel and Office skills and a passion for data and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage rate distribution and implementation in E-Distribution channels via Excel templates and extranet platforms.
• Create failover and channel errors reports; research by error typology.
• Assign and monitor Jira incident reports.
• Support creation and configuration of new connectivities with channel managers (RateTiger and direct connectivities).
• Analyze data connectivity reports and booking data reports with IT and channel managers.
• Support channel distribution (OTAs, wholesalers, tour operators) and related internal departments.
• Manage SharePoint: channels, processes and documents related to connectivity.
• Assist with new openings and disaffiliation of properties.

What will you do?

• Management, control and rate distribution, as well as their implementation in the different E-Distribution channels via excel templates and extranet platforms
• Failovers & channels errors reports and research by error typology
• Assignment and monitoring reports of Jiras (incident tool).
• Support in the creation and configuration of new connectivities: directly or through one of the contracted channel managers (RateTiger and direct connectivities).
• Data connectivity report analysis sent by IT and channel manager
• Booking data report analysis sent by IT and channels managers
• Channels distribution support ( OTA’s, wholesalers, touroperators…) and internal despartments related to connectivity ( IT, Revenue, Distribution, Content, CRM…)
• Sharepoint Management: Manual Channels, processes and documents related to connectivity Channels
• New openings
• Disaffiliation properties

What are we looking for?

EXPERIENCE

• It could be valuable to have worked in a Hotel.
• Knowledge of revenue management systems, Channel Manager, OTA´s or online distribution is a plus but not a must!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor´s degree in Tourism with high level Excel and office skills with a passion for data and analysis.
