Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Loyalty Trainee in Madrid to support the Loyalty Department. This entry-level role offers exposure to loyalty program operations, performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination within a dynamic hospitality environment.

You will gain experience across operational and analytical aspects, assisting with processes, reporting, and hotel engagement initiatives in a multinational team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with JIRA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support loyalty team in daily tasks, projects, and communications.
• Coordinate and follow up on loyalty programme procedures, training, and hotel engagement initiatives.
• Assist in preparing training materials, guidelines, and internal documentation.
• Support on Local offers publishing and hotel follow-up.
• Coordinate loyalty programme updates on website and internal channels.
