Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in Madrid is seeking a Distribution & Connectivity Trainee to support rate distribution, connectivity management, and channel partner coordination. You will work with Excel templates, extranet platforms, and channel managers to ensure accurate data flow across OTA and wholesale channels.

Ideal candidates hold a Tourism bachelor's degree, strong Excel skills, and a good command of English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism with strong Excel/Office skills.
• Passion for data and analysis.
• Hotel distribution experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, control and implement rate distribution across channels via Excel templates and extranet platforms.
• Produce failover and channel error reports and research by error type.
• Monitor Jira tickets and coordinate incident resolution.
• Assist in creating and configuring new connectivities with channel managers or directly.
• Analyze booking and connectivity data reports from IT and channel managers.
• Support distribution across OTA, wholesalers and tour operators and coordinate with IT, Revenue and CRM teams.

What will be your mission?

We are looking for a technical-analytical, professional and results driven person that will help us in the implementation and execution of connectivity management support. We want to offer you a global experience, because of that, you’ll have the opportunity of cooperating with other departments. What will you do?

• Management, control and rate distribution, as well as their implementation in the different E-Distribution channels via excel templates and extranet platforms
• Failovers & channels errors reports and research by error typology
• Assignment and monitoring reports of Jiras (incident tool).
• Support in the creation and configuration of new connectivities: directly or through one of the contracted channel managers (RateTiger and direct connectivities).
• Data connectivity report analysis sent by IT and channel manager
• Booking data report analysis sent by IT and channels managers
• Channels distribution support ( OTA’s, wholesalers, touroperators…) and internal despartments related to connectivity ( IT, Revenue, Distribution, Content, CRM…)
• Sharepoint Management: Manual Channels, processes and documents related to connectivity Channels
• New openings
• Disaffiliation properties

What are we looking for?

EXPERIENCE

• It could be valuable to have worked in a Hotel.
• Knowledge of revenue management systems, Channel Manager, OTA´s or online distribution is a plus but not a must!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor´s degree in Tourism with high level Excel and office skills with a passion for data and analysis.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Technical & Analytical skills.
• Advance user knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good level of English both written and spoken
• Goal oriented
• Highly motivated
