Rhenus Logistics in Bilbao seeks an experienced field sales professional to drive freight forwarding solutions (Air & Ocean). You will build and manage a robust sales pipeline, visit key customers, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

The role requires 5+ years in field sales within logistics, English fluency, and willingness to travel. You will collaborate with operations and leverage CRM to forecast and track progress.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Business/Logistics or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years field sales in freight forwarding (Air & Ocean).
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of A, B, C & D customers and refresh regularly.
• Conduct customer visits to understand logistics needs, trade lanes, volumes and challenges.
• Comply with CRM usage/KPI and maintain a pipeline exclusively through the CRM.
• Hunt new relationships with A, B, C & D customers where justified by life cycle and potential.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing A, B, C & D customers where justified by life cycle and potential.
• Provide accurate forecasts and maintain a healthy sales funnel.
• Hand over new customers with clear SOPs to operations teams.
• Resolve customer issues in a fast and timely manner to maintain satisfaction
• Monitor customer and market development
