Rhenus Spain is seeking a proactive field sales professional to win, retain, and grow C-level customers in freight forwarding across ocean and air services. You will develop a strong pipeline and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects and customers, aligned with strategy.

You will assess profitability, collaborate with internal teams to ensure onboarding and satisfaction, and travel as needed. Fluent English and native Spanish are required.

Formación

• 1–3 years of field sales in freight forwarding or 2 years of operational experience.
• Knowledge of ocean/air freight, import/export and consolidation.
• Strong negotiation, decision making and strategic planning.

Responsabilidades

• Win, retain, and develop C-level customers through hunting and relationship management.
• Maintain a refreshed pipeline and report via CRM.
• Coordinate with Product Teams, Station Management and KAM for onboarding and satisfaction.
