LOGWIN AG in Bilbao is seeking a proactive Sales/BD professional to help acquire new customers in air and sea logistics and to grow existing client relationships. You will present services during on-site visits and collaborate with operations to turn customer needs into actionable logistics solutions.

Must have a minimum of two years in logistics sales, strong communication, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Two+ years of experience in sales or business development within air and sea logistics.
• Completed commercial or logistics-related education.
• Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire new customers with high-value freight structures.
• Manage and expand existing client relationships.
• Prepare proposals and lead commercial negotiations.
• Conduct on-site visits and present our services.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams in operations and product development.
