JINGDONG Logistics is seeking an Exception Handler in Madrid, Spain to ensure smooth order processing by identifying, analyzing, and resolving exceptions across the supply chain and operations systems. You will work cross-functionally with logistics, warehouse, customer service, and IT teams to implement effective solutions.

The role requires 1–3 years in logistics or operations support, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years in operations support, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and logistics software.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts (evenings/weekends).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor real-time dashboards to identify exceptions in order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery.
• Investigate root causes of exceptions, including data, system, or process issues.
• Collaborate with logistics, warehouse ops, customer service, and IT to implement solutions.
• Develop and execute recovery plans for critical exceptions to minimize disruption.
• Document exception details, resolution steps, and impact for reference.
• Analyze recurring patterns and suggest preventative measures and system enhancements.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and external partners as needed.
• Adhere to data handling and operational policies.
