Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years in logistics or operations support with focus on exceptions.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Independent and team player in fast-paced environments.
• Detail-oriented with flexibility for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time dashboards to spot exceptions in fulfillment.
• Investigate root causes of exceptions, incl. data or system issues.
• Collaborate with logistics, warehousing, CS, and IT.
• Develop immediate recovery plans for critical exceptions.
• Document exception details and resolution steps.
• Analyze recurring patterns for preventive improvements.
• Communicate status to internal and external partners.
• Adhere to data handling and operational protocols.
