Job summary

coches.net, a leading digital marketplace in Spain, seeks a CRM Specialist who blends marketing mindset with technical curiosity to manage the lifecycle campaigns across coches.net, motos.net, and Milanuncios.

Reporting to the CRM Lead, you will orchestrate targeted campaigns via email, push, in-app messaging, browser and WhatsApp, ensure data integrity, segmentation, and timely communications to boost engagement and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing in a digital marketplace environment.
• Hands-on Braze experience; familiarity with major platforms.
• Understanding of the CRM lifecycle, segmentation, personalization, journey logic.
• Strong data and campaign performance analysis skills.
• Fluent in English, collaborative and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across channels.
• Design and maintain customer journeys and audience segmentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Tech to align CRM with customer experience.
• Monitor campaigns and conduct A/B and multivariate tests.
• Own reporting and derive actionable recommendations from data.
