Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a client in Spain to hire a Mobile Growth Manager – CRM (Braze). You will lead CRM strategies and lifecycle marketing to boost engagement, retention, and growth across a portfolio of mobile apps.

Use Braze, Liquid logic, and analytics to create personalized campaigns, run A/B tests, and collaborate with data teams and clients to deliver measurable performance improvements in a dynamic, international environment. Remote European work is supported.

Qualifications

• 2+ years using Braze or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
• Proficiency in mobile analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and optimize Braze CRM campaigns with advanced segmentation.
• Build behavior-based lifecycle journeys using Liquid logic.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to leverage user data.
• Design and run HTML modifications in Braze templates.
• Design and execute A/B tests across campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and report insights to stakeholders.
• Provide knowledge sharing on Braze and integrations.
• Apply user psychology to lifecycle communications.
