Job summary

Mother's Earth is seeking a CRM lifecycle marketing lead to own retention and reactivation across four stores worldwide. The role blends strategic roadmap work with hands-on flow design in Klaviyo, leveraging existing research on need-states to shape messaging and tests.

You'll set testing priorities, coach a CRM exec, and ensure high-quality sends across markets while maintaining consistent branding and voice. Remote in Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing for DTC/ecommerce.
• Strong copywriting ability to craft messaging without a dedicated writer.
• Expert Klaviyo flows, segmentation, and testing.
• Ability to own retention strategy end-to-end across multiple markets.
• Data‑driven with fluency in revenue/retention metrics.
• Fluency in German, French or Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM and retention roadmap across four stores worldwide.
• Build reactivation strategies for lapsed subscribers and one-time buyers.
• Design and test lifecycle flows in Klaviyo: welcome, post-purchase, replenishment.
• Direct messaging based on need-states and beliefs across markets.
• Lead segmentation, testing, QA, and reporting on KPIs.
• Coordinate with CRO/dev and customer service on flow language.
