Job summary

Everboost is hiring a strategic retention leader to own retention for multiple fast-growing health and wellness brands. You will manage client relationships, lead a pod of specialists, and drive performance across email, SMS, and direct mail.

You will partner with founders, leverage advanced Klaviyo workflows, and apply predictive analytics to maximize LTV and revenue. Fully remote in Europe with UK overlap hours and a direct line to the founder.

Qualifications

• Advanced Klaviyo: flows, conditional splits, dynamic content, predictive analytics.
• Cohort, repurchase and LTV analysis in Klaviyo and Shopify.
• Retention strategy across email and SMS, with direct mail a plus.
• Confidence advising founders and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Retention performance: LTV, repurchase rate and revenue across brands.
• Client trust: lead calls and shape strategy inside quarterly plans.
• Pod output: briefs, priorities and sign-off on all shipments.
