Impress, Europe’s leading orthodontic digital health scale-up, seeks a motivated Legal Intern to join the Legal Team in Barcelona. You will work closely with senior counsel on corporate contracts, regulatory compliance, and data privacy across multiple jurisdictions.

This hands-on internship offers exposure to cross-functional projects, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and board governance support, in a fast-paced consumer-facing environment.

Formación

• Currently studying law or recently graduated in law.
• Proficient in English and Spanish.
• Authorized to intern in Spain (Student visa or EU citizenship).

Responsabilidades

• Assist senior counsel with corporate contracts and drafting.
• Support contract management and NDA/vendor agreements.
• Conduct legal research on GDPR, regulations, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Marketing and Operations on legal matters.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join the Impress Legal Team.

This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, consumer-facing digital health scale-up. You will work closely with our senior legal counsel, supporting cross-departmental projects and gaining exposure to corporate law, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and international expansion across multiple jurisdictions.

You Will Learn To

• Documentation & Contract Management & Drafting: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing commercial agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), vendor contracts, and standard terms.
• Legal Research: Conduct legal research on relevant legislation, corporate regulations, data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR), and industry-specific compliance requirements.
• Corporate Governance: Help prepare board minutes, corporate resolutions, and maintain legal databases and entity management records.
• Cross-Functional Support: Provide legal assistance to internal departments, including Finance, HR, Marketing, and Operations.
• Risk & Compliance: Assist with tracking legal claims, maintaining compliance schedules, and preparing documentation for external counsel or audit reviews.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in Law (a Master’s degree or specialization in Corporate/Business Law is a plus).
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (additional European languages are a bonus).
• Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills with high attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
• Work Authorization: Must hold valid authorization to intern in Spain (Student VISA or EU citizenship).
