Impress is seeking a dental professional with a University Degree in Dentistry and Orthodontics experience to join our Barcelona team. You will assess prescriptions, create 3D treatment plans, and validate final plans before production.

The role emphasizes patient communication and trust-building during planning and consultations. Working at Impress means collaborating with an international team, meeting KPI-driven quality targets, and contributing to cutting-edge, fully digital orthodontic care

Responsabilidades

• Understand and complete patient prescriptions for all Impress treatment types.
• Create dental treatment plans from 3D scanned images using 3d Orthodontic correction software.
• Revise and approve the final treatment plan for both initial treatment plans and refinements, initiating production.
• Represent Impress, building trust relationships with our patients, and assisting patients in finding the treatment plan suited for their needs.
• Solve escalated patient requests via meetings in the clinic, telephone, video conferences, and email.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and complete patient prescriptions for all Impress treatment types.
• Create dental treatment plans from 3D scanned images using 3d Orthodontic correction software, creating virtual setups according to the patient's needs and defined Impress protocol requirements.
• Revise and approve the final treatment plan for both initial treatment plans and refinements, initiating production.
• Represent Impress, building trust relationships with our patients, and assisting patients in finding the treatment plan suited for their needs that will exceed their expectations.
• Solve escalated patient requests and personally work with problem patients via meetings in the clinic, telephone calls, video conferences, and email communication.
• Hold video calls with patients to explain treatment plans to answer any questions or concerns, and offer alternative treatment plans for patients not eligible for immediate aligner treatments.
• Make visits to the clinic to meet with patients to discuss treatment possibilities if needed.
• Comply with Impress’ quality standards and clinical protocols at all times according to our best practices.
• Efficiency and quality KPI targets need to be met to provide the best experience to our patients.
• Work with your teammates to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere.
• Self-motivation and a hunger for success. Never accept results lower than “Impressive”.
• Lead by example and never stop improving.

What you need to be successful:

• University Degree in Dentistry with experience in Orthodontics
• Experience in a similar position.
• Self-discipline and motivation to learn.
• Commitment and goal orientation.
• Experience with dental designing software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team spirit and a proactive attitude.

• Fixed compensation range: €22.000 + 2.000 bonus (based on KPIs achievement).
