Impress, Europe’s leading health-tech innovator, is seeking an Operations Intern based in Barcelona to join the Care Operations team. You’ll deliver an excellent customer experience to every patient and manage calls, emails, and meetings to keep patients happy.

This on-site role requires fluent Spanish and English, prior customer service experience, and the ability to arrange an internship convenio with your university for a 6-month program.

We’re looking for a hardworking and dynamic Operations Intern based in Barcelona to join the Care Operations team.

This position is based on-site at our headquarters in Barcelona (Spain).

What You’ll Do

• Deliver an excellent customer experience to each and every one of our patients.
• Ensure that every call, email, and meeting leaves our patients happy!
• Engage with our patients and build a connection to keep them excited about their journey to a perfect smile.
• Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service through different channels such as video and audio, emails, SMS, WhatsApp, and live chat.
• Make calls, book and confirm appointments, and follow up with patients.
• Explain our product and guide customers through the process and timelines.
• Clarify requirements and help our patients complete documentation as needed.
• Proactively recognize and report trends and potential weaknesses.
• Contribute to the improvement of our products and processes.
• Help create solutions to enhance the customer journey.
• Work with your teammates to foster a positive and energetic atmosphere.

What You’ll Bring

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
• Able to provide an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) through your university or educational institution, ideally with availability for a 6-month internship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different audiences.
• Roll-Up-Your-Sleeves Attitude: You’re proactive, hands-on, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment where things move quickly and teams are lean.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to managing multiple tasks and ensuring accuracy.
• Problem-solving mindset: you’re comfortable investigating issues, finding solutions, and escalating when needed.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new systems quickly.
