Impress, Europe\'s leading health-tech innovator, is seeking an Operations Intern based in Barcelona to join the Care Operations team.

This on-site role requires delivering excellent customer experiences across multiple channels, booking and confirming appointments, and guiding patients through the journey toward a perfect smile. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, and you must provide a university internship agreement for a 6-month program.

• Explain our product and guide patients through the process and timelines.
• Clarify requirements and help patients complete documentation as needed.
• Proactively recognize and report trends to improve products and processes.
• Work with teammates to maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere.

We're looking for a hardworking and dynamic Operations Intern based in Barcelona to join the Care Operations team.

This position is based on-site at our headquarters in Barcelona (Spain).

• Deliver an excellent customer experience to each and every one of our patients.
• Ensure that every call, email, and meeting leaves our patients happy!
• Engage with our patients and build a connection to keep them excited about their journey to a perfect smile.
• Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service through different channels such as video and audio, emails, SMS, WhatsApp, and live chat.
• Make calls, book and confirm appointments, and follow up with patients.
• Explain our product and guide customers through the process and timelines.
• Clarify requirements and help our patients complete documentation as needed.
• Proactively recognize and report trends and potential weaknesses.
• Contribute to the improvement of our products and processes.
• Help create solutions to enhance the customer journey.
• Work with your teammates to foster a positive and energetic atmosphere.

What You'll Bring

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
• Able to provide an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) through your university or educational institution, ideally with availability for a 6-month internship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different audiences.
• Roll-Up-Your-Sleeves Attitude: You're proactive, hands-on, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment where things move quickly and teams are lean.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to managing multiple tasks and ensuring accuracy.

• Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new systems quickly.
