Avanath Capital is seeking a Leasing Specialist to lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations within the community. The role emphasizes professionalism and engagement with residents and staff, including vendor partners and social services partnerships.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or customer relations, are bilingual in English and Spanish, and are comfortable with Yardi Voyager, Windows, and Excel. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is often required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Low-income housing and tax credit experience is highly desired.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly desired.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify all prospects.
• Record all visits on guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Demonstrate community features to prospects and close the sale.
• Have the prospect complete the application and secure approvals.
• Update availability reports and input info into the system.
• Ensure apartments are ready for move-in on the agreed date.
• Follow up with prospects to close or refer to sister communities.
• Secure new resident signatures and orient new residents.
• Assist in monitoring renewals and distribute renewal notices.
• Type leases and maintain resident files in the system.
• Maintain monthly commission records for leases and renewals.
