Qualifications

• Good level of general education evidencing literacy and numeracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and property management systems (Entrata/Yardi/Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Support leasing and occupancy objectives by qualifying leads and arranging tours.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat to hit sales KPIs.
• Update systems with contact data and follow up on required documents and payments.
• List available units on portals and coordinate open days and events.
• Convert leads into leases through needs-based selling and negotiation.
