Univrse is seeking a Lead LQA Game Tester in Madrid to lead teams of linguistic testers and ensure high localization standards across various videogame projects. This role involves coordinating tester workflows, providing feedback, and ensuring the quality of linguistics outputs for client delivery.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in English, 3+ years in QA, and experience with tools like Jira. A flexible work environment with opportunities for professional growth is offered.

Formación

• Fluency in another language is a plus.
• Translation studies or similar qualifications.
• 1+ years in videogame LQA.
• Experience with story-heavy or text-heavy genres.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate teams of native-speaking linguistic testers.
• Test in your own native language to lead by example.
• Provide constructive feedback and quality vetting for junior tester submissions.
• Oversee the reporting of linguistic bugs.
• Manage tester workload and track project hours.
• Develop and maintain LQA Testing Plans.
• Assist with console commands and debug tools.
• Communicate professionally with clients.
