Concentrix is hiring a Consumer Sales Representative (English-speaking) in Barcelona with a hybrid work model. You will drive sales, engage with customers, and present the HP Store value proposition while achieving quotas and maintaining CRM hygiene.

The role emphasizes English fluency, strong communication, IT product knowledge, and customer-focused selling. The position includes full training and a salary with an annual bonus opportunity and a 39-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Advanced level of English required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling).
• Customer driven and motivated to work in sales.
• Achievement and target oriented IT knowledge and technical understanding.

Responsibilities

• Execute and achieve sales quota and targets.
• Articulate the store value proposition and act as point of contact for customers.
• Review client satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary.
• Provide feedback to ensure follow-up and resolution of client concerns.
• Handle inbound inquiries regarding sales, products or services; close orders.
• Upsell/cross-sell to increase order value and revenue.
