Job summary

Prima Mente is hiring a head of recruitment to own the end-to-end process for engineering, product and GTM roles across Europe. You will build sourcing engines, run trial days, and drive compensation decisions while maintaining strict candidate quality standards.

You will work with founders and the team to scale hiring across two jurisdictions, leveraging automation and ATS tooling to keep the bar high and time-to-hire fast.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hiring engineers, product or GTM at a startup or selectively hiring company.
• You've said no to many good candidates and closed those with better offers elsewhere.
• Fluent English; Spanish or German is useful.

Responsibilities

• Own the funnel end to end from role definition to offer and signature.
• Build agentic sourcing pipelines, enrichment, and scoring.
• Generate demand for Causa Prima across Europe and beyond.
• Run trial days and synthesize feedback within 48 hours.
• Lead compensation discussions within internal bands and equity context.
• Instrument hiring metrics and report learnings to founders daily.
