Murphy AI is hiring its first full-time Talent Acquisition specialist to build and own the hiring pipeline end-to-end, reporting to the Head of People. You will source directly, design interview processes, and leverage AI-driven workflows to move fast while preserving quality.

You’ll partner with hiring managers across Product, Engineering, and GTM, shaping role profiles and delivering a great candidate experience in a fast-growing startup.
