Job summary

Keyrus is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to join its Intake team, focusing on sourcing and recruiting for Data, AI, and Digital roles across Europe. You will collaborate with senior leaders, develop hiring strategies backed by market data, and leverage AI-enabled tools to attract top talent.

You will work cross-border, recruiting for the French market and supporting other EMEA markets when needed, with a remote-friendly approach within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver recruitment projects from intake to offer
• Source, engage and attract top talent in Data, AI and Digital
• Build and maintain talent pools across core technologies
• Run competency-based interviews with technical depth and consulting skills
• Strengthen the Keyrus employer brand with data and AI communities
