• Strong sourcing skills and creative approach to finding top talent.
• Experience recruiting for software engineers, product managers, and data scientists.
• Ability to own roles end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Great communication, judgment, and candidate closing skills.
• Deep interest in AI, technology, and building early-stage teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles — from sourcing to close.
• Build and manage strong pipelines of high-quality candidates.
• Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role needs and scorecards.
• Craft great candidate experiences — from first touch to offer.
• Iterate quickly on recruiting strategies and sourcing channels.
• Build scalable processes, systems, and reporting to support hiring at scale.
• Help build our employer brand across LinkedIn, events, and referrals.
