Job summary

Prosper AI is seeking a first dedicated Recruiter to own searches from kickoff to signed offer, based in our Barcelona office with in-person presence three days a week. You will build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and help shape our hiring processes as we scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a fast-growing tech startup.
• Experience hiring engineers with end-to-end ownership from kickoff to offer.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines for passive candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple searches with clear updates to hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Run searches end to end: kickoff, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, closing.
• Source directly and build strong pipelines of passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and assessment strategies.
• Ensure a fast, clear, and respectful candidate experience; respond to all candidates.
• Keep Ashby updated and report on pipeline health, time-to-hire, and conversions.
• Continuously improve interviewing guides, scorecards, and outreach templates.
