Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a Latvian-speaking Solutions Consultant to join our Sofia team. You will deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and live chat, while building deep product knowledge.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain records in the support database, and participate in ongoing training to meet monthly KPIs. EU passport or right to work in the EU is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Latvian language proficiency (native or fluent).
• Professional English communication.
• Proven customer support experience or aptitude.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and live chat in Latvian.
• Analyze and troubleshoot user inquiries to deliver effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the support database.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and meet SLAs.
• Develop product knowledge to offer expert guidance to end-users.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance communication and product knowledge.
• Strive to meet monthly quality and performance KPIs.
