Zendesk is seeking a dynamic professional to source local crypto channels in Spain, act as the main contact for channels and KOLs, and collaborate with growth teams to design campaigns that grow user acquisition, conversions, and trading volume within the crypto sector.

You will expand local collaboration resources, perform business development, and maintain strong relationships with KOLs while staying aligned with industry trends. English and local language fluency are essential for success.

Formación

• Strong KOL connections in crypto industry.
• Familiar with social media channels and insightful content from KOLs.
• Fluent in English and local language for communication with local counterparts.
• Having crypto derivatives channel resources is preferred.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency terms and trends, and crypto culture.
• Willingness to work flexible and extended hours to engage with crypto community.

Responsabilidades

• Source local crypto channels according to localization expansion plan.
• Act as primary contact for channel/KOLs for events, campaigns and feedback.
• Collaborate with growth operations and channels/KOLs to design and run campaigns to acquire users and boost conversions and trading volume.
• Expand local collaboration resources, conduct business development, brand cooperation and resource exchange.
• Monitor industry trends and customer drivers; discuss strategies with team lead and stakeholders regularly.
• Maintain existing channel/KOL relationships and ensure clear communication based on business progress.
