Job summary

Bybit EU is seeking a Head for Commercial / Business Development to lead our European strategy, market expansion and revenue growth across regulated digital asset and financial services. Reporting to the EU Group CEO, you will lead the European commercial organization, including Country Managers and their in-country Business Development, KOL, VIP Relationship Management and Community teams.

You will work with Marketing, Product, Operations, Compliance and global Commercial teams to drive growth

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in commercial leadership, business development, sales or market expansion.
• Strong experience leading multi-country commercial organisations across European markets.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Management or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the European commercial strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Own targets, revenue growth, trading volumes, customer acquisition and market expansion.
• Identify strategic growth opportunities across retail, active trader, VIP and institutional segments.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to develop market-relevant propositions and campaigns.
• Lead VIP, KOL, and community engagement strategies and partnerships.
• Build and lead a high-performing European commercial organisation.
