• Maintain internal guidelines and SOPs for data management processes.

Are you ready to embark on your career in the multinational insurance space? We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Knowledge Operations Specialist to join our multinational Business Transformation team. In this role, your keen eye for accuracy and dedication to high standards will be essential as you manage, refine, and ensure the integrity of various data sets.

This position offers you the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across Zurich and around the world, elevating our data quality to best-in-class levels for our multinational customers. As a Knowledge Operations Specialist based in Spain, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the standards that empower informed decision-making and drive operational excellence globally. You will build a solid understanding of how data is captured, transformed, and utilized across the various systems supporting multinational operations. With curiosity and analytical thinking, you will understand dependencies and contribute to improvement and transformation initiatives that help make our operations more efficient, consistent, and scalable.

What Can You Expect?

You will have the opportunity to:

• Support the collection, review and completion of General and Wording Capabilities data across products for Zurich’s global network of 200+ territories.
• Review submitted data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy. Help organize and track data collection activities, follow up on outstanding inputs, and maintain a clear audit trail of updates and changes.
• Proactively foster collaboration and clear communication with stakeholders across countries and central functions.
• Maintain an ongoing engagement with the countries, underwriting and project teams to help finalize technical content, and ensure data is maintained in line with agreed standards.
• Support the launch of new propositions by helping to set up and maintain reference systems that reflect updated global wording, while working with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Maintain internal guidelines and standard operating procedures so they remain accurate, clear, and aligned with current data management processes.
• Contribute to transformation and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues, supporting analysis, and helping improve efficiency, consistency, and service quality.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• 1–2 years of experience in insurance, operations, data management, business administration, finance, or a related field; multinational insurance exposure is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Economics, Insurance, Finance, Tax, Law, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.
• Interest in working with structured data, ensuring data quality, and understanding how information is used across systems and business processes.
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, familiarity with Power BI or other data visualisation/reporting tools is a plus.
• Interest in learning or prior exposure to tools such as VBA for Excel, SQL, Python and Qlik is considered an asset
• Curiosity to understand end-to-end data flows, system dependencies, and how data impacts downstream tools, reporting, and operational decision-making.
• Exposure to process improvement, digital transformation, reporting, automation, or project work through studies, internships, or early professional experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.

• Interest in working in multinational teams and cross-country projects; any prior exposure is an advantage.
• Ability to work accurately with structured data, review information carefully, and identify inconsistencies.
• Meticulous approach to data management, ensuring compliance with standards, guidelines and processes.
• Curious and analytical mindset, with the ability to connect information from different sources and understand dependencies across processes, systems, and functions.
• Good problem-solving mindset, with the ability to break down problems, interpret data, and support practical improvement ideas.
• Team player with clear written and verbal communication skills, and interest in collaborating across cultures, countries and business functions
• Well-organized, reliable, and able to manage tasks and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Interest in digital tools, AI, process automation, data quality, and transformation initiatives
