Zurich Insurance Group, via ServiZurich in Barcelona, is looking for a Wording Operations & DocProd Support Intern. The role offers exposure to wording initiatives, template reviews, and cross-functional collaboration within a multinational insurance context.

You will work with experienced professionals to understand policy document lifecycles and participate in process improvements, data collection, and project delivery. Excellent learning in a dynamic, supportive environment awaits.

Formación

• Active student status with a Spanish University/School is mandatory.
• Interested in the Multinational Insurance & Underwriting.
• Pursuing a degree or master's in Legal or Business Administration.
• Available for at least a 6-month part-time/internship program.

As a Wording Operations & DocProd Support Intern, you will have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with Wording Operations teams , Technical Underwriters, and key stakeholders to support wording initiatives, coordinate meetings, track actions, and assist with project delivery.
• Develop organisational and analytical skills by supporting the management of wording repositories, SharePoint sites, process documentation, and project materials.
• Contribute to DocProd (Document Production) initiatives by assisting with template reviews, data gathering, testing activities, issue tracking, and documentation to support successful implementation and continuous improvement.
• Gain exposure to insurance underwriting and policy wordings , working closely with experienced professionals to understand the lifecycle of policy documentation and multinational programme requirements.
• Support business transformation and process improvement projects , helping to streamline workflows, enhance data quality, and improve operational efficiency across Wording Operations and DocProd processes.
• Bring fresh ideas and make a meaningful impact in a collaborative team environment that values innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
