Sofitel Barcelona Skipper ofrece una pasantía en su departamento de cocina, situada frente a la Barceloneta. Aprenderás a preparar el servicio diario y el mise-en-place, a limpiar y mantener el área de trabajo y a usar adecuadamente las máquinas y el equipo de protección personal.

Trabajarás en un equipo joven y dinámico, con oportunidades de formación y desarrollo profesional durante la pasantía.

Formación

• Debe estar habilitado para realizar prácticas en España desde la fecha de inicio.
• Estar matriculado en una Escuela de Hostelería o de Negocios.
• Habilidad social y buena comunicación para relacionarse.
• Proactivo, entusiasta y orientado a los detalles.
• Dominio del español e inglés; el francés es un plus.
• Disponible al menos 6 meses, 5 días/semana, 40 horas/semana.

Responsabilidades

• Aprender a preparar el servicio diario y el mise-en-place.
• Limpieza y mantenimiento del área de trabajo y del material de cocina.
• Aprender a usar correctamente las máquinas y el equipo de protección personal.
• Almacenamiento correcto de los productos preparados e identificación de la fecha de elaboración.
• Anotar los productos necesarios para el siguiente servicio.
• Orden, limpieza y mantenimiento de tu área de trabajo.
• Cumplimiento de la política ambiental.

• Learn to prepare of the daily service and the mise-en-place.
• Cleaning and maintenance of your work area and the kitchenware.
• Learn to appropriate use of work machines and individual protection equipment.
• Correct storage of the prepared products in the appropriate chamber and identification of the preparation date.
• Annotating the necessary products for the next service.
• Proper order, cleaning, and maintenance of your work area.
• Compliance with the environmental policy.

Requisitos

• Eligibility (Spain): Candidates must have the legal right to undertake an internship in Spain from the start date. No visa/work permit sponsorship available.
• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality School or a Business School.
• Strong social and communication skills to build valued relationships.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent command of Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Eager to learn (no prior specialization required).
• Available for at least 6 months, 5 days/week, 40 hours/week.
