Sofitel Barcelona Skipper ofrece un programa de prácticas en el área de ventas y atención al huésped, ubicado en Barcelona frente a la playa. El/La candidato/a trabajará en un entorno hotelero de lujo, aprendiendo a gestionar reservas, registro y servicio al cliente.

La pasantía contempla formación interna, comidas y oportunidades de desarrollo profesional, con posibilidad de continuar en el grupo tras la práctica. Se valorará disponibilidad de al menos 6 meses y 40 h/semana.

Formación

• Estudiante matriculado en una escuela de hostelería o negocios.
• Capacidad de comunicarse de forma clara y profesional.
• Disposición para aprender y trabajar en equipo.

Responsabilidades

• Asegurar una experiencia fluida para los huéspedes desde el registro hasta el checkout.
• Gestionar reservas de forma precisa conforme a las políticas del hotel.
• Atender llamadas entrantes de forma profesional y amable para mantener la satisfacción total del cliente.
• Garantizar altos niveles de satisfacción y servicio al recibir a los huéspedes en el complejo hotelero.
• Verificar la exactitud de reservas (depósitos, datos de facturación, solicitudes VIP, tarifas).
• Seguir procedimientos de transporte de huéspedes, equipaje y confidencialidad.
• Mantener equipos en buen estado y utilizarlos para su fin.
• Colaborar con el equipo para cumplir metas del departamento.
• Completar tareas dentro de los plazos establecidos.

• Learn to ensure a smooth and efficient experience delivered to all guests at registration, during their stay and at check out.
• Accurately and efficiently receive and process guest reservations whilst observing policy and procedures for the hotel operation.
• Learn to attend to all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
• To ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction & service is offered and maintained at all times in relation to welcoming guests to the hotel complex.
• Learn to ensure accuracy of reservations in respect of depositing information, billing/credit details, VIP/Guest special requests, room rates and guest information.
• Ensure procedures are followed (regarding guest transportation, luggage collection and storage), and guest confidentiality.
• Ensure all equipment is kept in good working order and used only for the purpose for which it was intended.
• Work together with trust so that colleagues and management meet the goals of the department/Hotel.
• Take responsibility to ensure all required tasks are completed accurately and within given time frames.

Requisitos

• Eligibility (Spain): Candidates must have the legal right to undertake an internship in Spain from the start date. No visa/work permit sponsorship available.
• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality School or a Business School.
• Strong social and communication skills to build valued relationships.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent command of Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Eager to learn (no prior specialization required).
• Available for at least 6 months, 5 days/week, 40 hours/week.
