Sofitel Barcelona Skipper ofrece una pasantía en hostelería en Barcelona, enfocada en el departamento de ventas y F&B. Se busca aprendizaje práctico en atención al cliente, toma de pedidos y sugerencias de menú, con énfasis en la experiencia del huésped.

Se valoran habilidades de comunicación y proactividad; se ofrece comida diaria, formación interna y oportunidades de desarrollo internacional tras la pasantía.

Formación

• Requisitos: permiso para prácticas en España desde la fecha de inicio.
• Actualmente matriculado en una escuela de hostelería o de negocios.
• Dominio de español e inglés; francés es plus.
• Disposición para al menos 6 meses, 5 días/semana, 40 h/semana.

Responsabilidades

• Proporcionar un excelente servicio de sala para garantizar la satisfacción del huésped.
• Aprender a tomar pedidos y entregar comida y bebidas.
• Aprender a usar el sistema POS, ingresar pedidos y corregirlos.
• Conocer contenido de alimentos y bebidas para recomendaciones de menú.
• Aplicar estándares y procedimientos para realizar las tareas a tiempo.
• Comunicarse efectivamente con colegas y huéspedes.
• Ejecutar todas las funciones del departamento de F&B.

• Providing excellent wait service to guests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Learn to take customer orders and delivering food and beverages.
• Learn using the POS system diligently, entering orders and making corrections if necessary.
• Learning food and beverage content to make menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons.
• Carry out set standards and procedures to ensure all tasks and responsibilities are carried out in a timely manner.
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and guests alike in order to secure a smooth and accurate transition of information.
• Carry out all roles and functions of the F&B department.

Requisitos

• Eligibility (Spain): Candidates must have the legal right to undertake an internship in Spain from the start date. No visa/work permit sponsorship available.
• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality School or a Business School.
• Strong social and communication skills to build valued relationships.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent command of Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Eager to learn (no prior specialization required).
• Available for at least 6 months, 5 days/week, 40 hours/week.
