Sofitel Barcelona Skipper in Barcelona, a 5-star hotel on the beach, offers an internship in the Kitchen department through Hosco. Learn daily service prep, mise-en-place, and proper equipment handling while working in a dynamic hotel setting.

You must be enrolled in a Hospitality or Business School in Spain, with full Spanish and English proficiency (French a plus); available for at least 6 months, 40 hours per week.

Sofitel Barcelona Skipper is hiring through Hosco in Barcelona.Upscale, 5 star hotel in Barcelona, Port Olimpic, being in the city centre, but only a few metres from the beach.With an unbeatable location overlooking the sea and close to the beach, it is ideal for business and leisure travelers. It has comfortable rooms, two pools and a gym. For meetings, it has fully equipped rooms that can hold up to 800 people. Responsibilities and Requirements

• Learn to prepare of the daily service and the mise-en-place.
• Cleaning and maintenance of your work area and the kitchenware.
• Learn to appropriate use of work machines and individual protection equipment.
• Correct storage of the prepared products in the appropriate chamber and identification of the preparation date.
• Annotating the necessary products for the next service.
• Proper order, cleaning, and maintenance of your work area.
• Compliance with the environmental policy.
• Eligibility (Spain): Candidates must have the legal right to undertake an internship in Spain from the start date. No visa/work permit sponsorship available.
• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality School or a Business School.
• Strong social and communication skills to build valued relationships.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent command of Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Eager to learn (no prior specialization required).
• Available for at least 6 months, 5 days/week, 40 hours/week.
