Sofitel Barcelona Skipper busca una pasante para el departamento de ventas y auditoría de ingresos en Barcelona. Participarás en auditoría de ingresos, mejoras de procesos y apoyo al cierre contable diario y mensual, con exposición a toda la cadena de ventas.

El/la candidat@ debe estar inscrito/a en una Escuela de Hostelería o de Negocios, dominar español e inglés, y estar disponible al menos 6 meses a 40 h/semana.

Formación

• Actualmente cursando en una Escuela de Hostelería o de Negocios.
• Dominio excelente del español e inglés; el francés es una ventaja.
• Disponible para al menos 6 meses, 40 h/semana.

Responsabilidades

• Auditar ingresos diarios recibidos y registrar correctamente en el sistema contable.
• Apoyar el proceso de ingresos y proponer mejoras.
• Conciliar ingresos y pagos registrados en el PMS con las cuentas bancarias.
• Gestionar facturas entrantes y llamadas de proveedores.
• Apoyar al equipo en el proceso de cierre de mes.
• Colaborar en la conciliación de cuentas de balance y archivado.
• Recuperar información para auditoría.

• Audit all daily income that has been received and ensure all relevant revenues such as rooms, food and beverage and other revenues, are correctly and completely recognized and recorded in the accounting system.
• Support the income audit process and initiate improvements.
• Support the cash process and initiate improvements.
• Reconcile revenues and payments registered in the PMS with receivables on the bank account.
• Initiate improvement projects based on your findings.
• Review and verify incoming invoices.
• Handling supplier emails and telephone calls.
• Support the team with the month end process.
• Assist in the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• Filing and scanning of documents.
• Retrieving of information for audit.

Requisitos

• Eligibility (Spain): Candidates must have the legal right to undertake an internship in Spain from the start date. No visa/work permit sponsorship available.
• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality School or a Business School.
• Strong social and communication skills to build valued relationships.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent command of Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Eager to learn (no prior specialization required).
• Available for at least 6 months, 5 days/week, 40 hours/week.
