Sofitel Barcelona Skipper, a 5-star hotel at Barceloneta, offers an internship in the Reservations department via Hosco. You will handle customer care by phone and email, manage individual and group bookings, and learn Opera (PMS) and Resaweb while ensuring guests feel spoiled.

Open to students in Hospitality or Business Schools, with fluent Spanish and English (French a plus). Commitment: at least 6 months, 5 days/week, 40 hours/week.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality School or a Business School.
• Strong social and communication skills to build valued relationships.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent command of Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Eager to learn (no prior specialization required).
• Available for at least 6 months, 5 days/week, 40 hours/week.

Responsabilidades

• Customer care through phone and email demands.
• Manage individual and group (accommodation) reservations.
• Use of reservation programs: Opera (PMS) and Resaweb.
• Follow up of any reservation no matter the shop channel making them all feel “spoiled”.
• Revise all the reservations on the books to check their validity and details.

Sofitel Barcelona Skipper is hiring through Hosco in Barcelona. Upscale, 5-star hotel in Barcelona, Port Olympic, being in the city center, but only a few meters from the beach. The main responsibilities include:

• Customer care through phone and email demands.

Eligibility (Spain):

Candidates must have the legal right to undertake an internship in Spain from the start date. No visa/work permit sponsorship available.

• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality School or a Business School.
• Strong social and communication skills to build valued relationships.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent command of Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Eager to learn (no prior specialization required).
• Available for at least 6 months, 5 days/week, 40 hours/week.
