Sofitel Barcelona Skipper busca un becario para el área de auditoría de ingresos, que verificará ingresos de habitaciones, restauración y otros conceptos, y conciliaciones en el PMS.

La pasantía ofrece un entorno internacional en un hotel de lujo, 5 días/semana, 40 horas, con una ayuda de estudio y una comida diaria. Se valora la proactividad, el interés en aprender y la capacidad de trabajar en equipo.

Formación

• Estudiante de hostelería o escuela de negocios actualmente matriculado.
• Se busca habilidades de comunicación y sociales destacadas.
• Nivel de español e inglés alto; el francés es un plus.
• Capacidad de iniciativa y atención al detalle.

Responsabilidades

• Auditar ingresos diarios (habitaciones, restauración y otros) y registrarlos correctamente en el sistema contable.
• Apoyar el proceso de ingresos y proponer mejoras.
• Conciliar ingresos y pagos registrados en el PMS con las cuentas bancarias.
• Iniciar proyectos de mejora basados en hallazgos.
• Revisar y verificar facturas entrantes.
• Atender correos y llamadas de proveedores.
• Apoyar en el cierre de mes y en la conciliación de balances.
• Ficherar y escanear documentos.

• Audit all daily income that has been received and ensure all relevant revenues such as rooms, food and beverage and other revenues, are correctly and completely recognized and recorded in the accounting system.
• Support the income audit process and initiate improvements.
• Support the cash process and initiate improvements.
• Reconcile revenues and payments registered in the PMS with receivables on the bank account.
• Initiate improvement projects based on your findings.
• Review and verify incoming invoices.
• Handling supplier emails and telephone calls.
• Support the team with the month end process.
• Assist in the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• Filing and scanning of documents.
• Retrieving of information for audit.

Requisitos

• Eligibility (Spain): Candidates must have the legal right to undertake an internship in Spain from the start date. No visa/work permit sponsorship available.
• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality School or a Business School.
• Strong social and communication skills to build valued relationships.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent command of Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Eager to learn (no prior specialization required).
• Available for at least 6 months, 5 days/week, 40 hours/week.
