Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Junior Sales Recruiter to join our fast-growing European hub in Barcelona. You’ll build relationships, identify top tech professionals, and drive outbound business development across France, Benelux and German-speaking markets.

Language fluency in French, German or Dutch plus good English is required. Prior recruitment experience isn’t essential—attitude, resilience and ambition count more than background, with uncapped commission and clear progression.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Junior Sales Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for building relationships, developing business opportunities and helping technology professionals secure exciting new career opportunities across France, the Benelux region or German-speaking markets.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with new and existing clients
• Identifying and engaging top technology professionals
• Conducting candidate qualification calls and interviews
• Business development and outbound calling
• Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage
• Achieving and exceeding weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
• Building your personal brand and market presence

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for individuals who thrive in competitive, target-driven environments and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone.

Language requirements

• French or German or Dutch fluency (mother tongue or C2 level)
• Good English for internal communication in our international office

Compensation

• Junior Recruitment Consultant (Entry-level) with €23,000 base salary and estimated first-year total compensation: €23,000–€30,000
• Recruitment Consultant (Experienced) with €25,000 base salary and estimated first-year total compensation: €25,000–€38,000

Uncapped commission structure — earnings can exceed the estimated range depending on individual performance.
